Where Do You Access Our Site?

If you are at work, heightened layers of security may effect interacting with our Website. For example, firewalls and privacy software provide heightened security but may hinder functionality.

If you are not on a Macintosh Computer please try using your Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) browser (version 5.0 or higher). If you continue having problems after switching to IE, please follow the remaining instructions.

Restore IE’S Default Settings

Please clear your cache and switch your IE, “Internet Options” back to the default setting. The original setting for your Web browser was applied to be the most conducive for overall functionality, navigation and security.

Assuming your IE browser is open:

  1. From the IE browser menu bar click “Tools” then select “Internet Options.” The Internet Options window will appear with the “General” tab selected.
  • Click the “Delete Files” button.
  • Check “Delete all off-line content” and click the “OK.”
  • Click the “Delete Cookies” button and click “OK” (For IE 6.0 users only).
  • Click “Clear History” and click “Yes” in the subsequent warning box to clear all history.
  1. Next click on the “Security” button located on top of the Internet Options window menu bar. Be sure the “Security level for this zone” is at “medium” level. If any other level appears in the lower section of the box, follow these instructions:
  • Click “Default Level” (if accented).
  • Click the “Apply” button in the bottom left of the box.
  1. Select the “Privacy” tab (For IE 6.0 users only) located on top of the Internet Options window menu bar. Be sure the privacy level is at “medium” level. If any other level appears in the lower section of the box, follow these instructions:
  • Click “Default” (if accented).
  • Click the “Apply” button in the bottom left of the box.
  1. Select the “Advanced” tab located on top of the Internet Options window menu bar.
  • Click the “Restore Defaults” button.
  • Click the “Apply” button
  • Finally, click the “OK’ button.

Close And Re-Open IE Browser(s)

After manipulating your Internet Options always close and re-open your browser(s). This will enable the changes to Internet Options to take effect.
